Joan will share some of the PEP (Program for Employment Preparedness) students' work: including growing and selling microgreen salads, and the collaboration with the culinary arts students program to produce compost. See the compost bins being designed, made and marketed by the Sustainable Technology students. Come and share too, your challenges, successes and best practices to promote urban agriculture and growing food in schools.
When you arrive at the Career Center, please go to the school office. Then meet as posted in the Greenhouse.
